1. Be customer centric, not product centric.
2. KYC, KYC-P-C.
3. It's not about need, but strong need.
4. Sell solutions, not products.
5. Sell benefits, not features or advantages.
6. Avoid monologues (sales pitch), ensure dialogue ( sales conversations)
7. Proactively dig out customer objections & doubts. Every objection or doubt cleared takes you one step closer to closure.
8. Don't be shy or afraid to ask for the order. After all, you're just a step away from making their lives easier by giving them a much needed solution to their troubling problem.
9. Don't be afraid to upsell or cross-sell. Just know how to do it.
10. Be human first, then a Salesman. This way you will be more empathetic to your customers needs, situations and challenges.
