Be NOISY.
People often think being noisy is just a distraction, but it can actually be a good thing—if you know how to use it right. Speaking up loudly and with energy can really help you:
1. Catch people’s attention and make your ideas heard — like when you share a bold idea in a meeting and everyone takes notice.
2. Show your passion and get others inspired — think of a leader rallying their team with enthusiasm before a big project.
3. Get conversations going and make discussions more lively — triggering debates that lead to creative solutions.
4. Break down walls, especially when things feel stiff or tense — imagine breaking the ice in a quiet room with a funny or relatable story.
5. Build stronger connections by being open and genuine — sharing your real feelings can encourage others to open up too.
A little noise is good - you're being bold, confident, unafraid to speak up and passionate enough to want to be heard.
Too much noise is just noise - jarring, distracting, irritating.
Key is to balance between when to say and when to shut up.
So don't let your mouth blabber when your brain wants to rest.
